Spoilers question (does not contain spoilers) :)

So, is there a way to block out spoilers like we could do at IMDB? I tried to use spoiler tags, but it didn't work (or I didn't do it correctly).

I looked but didn't see any way to. I try to avoid the boards till I've watched an episode just in case people aren't courteous enough to put the word spoiler in a title.
