My favourite is S2E11 "The Bath Item Gift Hypothesis". I really loved it when he gave Penny a hug for the first time, thanking her for the Christmas present.

I liked Leonard's Christmas themed D&D game in which Sheldon killed Santa Clause in revenge for childhood trauma and that night dreamed of Santa shooting him with a cannon as a surprise.

After rewatching all these episodes, my favourite is still S2E11 "The Bath Item Gift Hypothesis".
