An NYU organic chemistry professor was fired after students complained his class was too hard.
According to a NYPost (10/04/22) article: “Eighty-two of Jones’ 350 students signed a petition against him last spring, saying Jones had made his class too difficult and was at fault for their failing grades.”
Maybe Sheldon wasn't too far of the mark.
Yeah, I know it's no laughing matter; but, still....
My favorite missive from the comment section: “No matter how low you place the bar, someone will claim it is too high and try to figure out a way to climb under it.”
ON ANOTHER NOTE: Thank goodness doctors display their diplomas.

Had to stop at "Pluto". Guess I was expecting all of them to be, to some degree, ‘send-ups’ regarding human folly, and nothing to do with real tragedy.

I understand. There are some gruesome incidents. Wearing a mascot costume with limited vision and mobility can cause problems, and sometimes even be fatal.
Frivolous lawsuits are everywhere. Incidents like Goofy falling on someone, Tigger and Donald Duck , etc.touching someone on sensitive places of the body can happen, and sometimes they are then accused of fondling and groping. Accusations of racism by the White Rabbit, Donald Duck, etc - they didn't see and greet children of colour - are the most successful to get an out of court settlement.
