Extra Details: Falsche Reihenfolge ab Staffel 11. Die Episoden die hier als Staffel 12 gelistet sind, sind eigtl. Teil der Staffel 11. Staffel 13 hier, ist offiziell Staffel 12.
Staffel 11 hat nicht nur 3 Teile. Sucht man sich bspw. das DVD Cover auf Amazon. com, wird das Klar. Auch Wikipedia hat die eigentliche Sortierung. Eine Staffel mit nur 3 Folgen gibt es nicht. Das ist Hoax. Ab Staffel 11 werden hier also für alle weiteren Staffeln die Hochgeladenen Cover etc NICHT mehr Stimmen. demnach müsste man dann auch alle Bilder entfernen.

The drama that is American Dad. I don't know German, but the series switched stations during its run and both networks had different listings. I don't know. I talked about in the mod section, but I don't think I ever got a response. So I assume we keep it as it is. XD

I don't know how the episodes were aired in Germany but this here http://epguides.com/AmericanDad/ should be the original dates, but I'm not sure

The season split do not look right.
Didn't we discussed this one? I read the old press releases and basically the first season on TBS was supposed to be Season 11, but in a last minute dick move Fox aired a 3 episodes 11th season, putting TBS in a very awkward position. The part that isn't clear is what the first TBS episode aired as, but it as always meant to be a new season and TBS later (?) re-arranged all the seasons. I guess it was a better alternative than renaming their first season "Season 12" or starting the new season with S11E04. But anyhow, I thought we decided to leave it as it is, aka not merged the season?

Leaving the split for a season with only 3 episodes means getting all feature cover/poster uploads wrong. The cover for season 11 needs to be deleted then and all the following. Because on the DVD season 11 box (e.g. on Amazon and in stores) all 18 episodes are included. Not just 3. Means when season 12 comes on DVD, it doesn't match the season 12 listed here.
And besides, what's the sense of a 3 episodes season. That's no season. Even Wikipedia ads these episodes to season 11 and not 12.

That's not very unusual. We don't do the DVD order and they are sometimes different. The issue could be fixed with custom posters .

So in a tv show with around 20 episodes each season, you'd rather keep a season with 3 episodes, against all sayings in the web AND the DVD order? If that makes sense to you.

And what speaks against going with what originally aired instead of the whims of license holders (TBS)? The episodes in question aired on FOX... it was season 11 there. DVD orders are also far from reliable and usually negligible.

The airing order is sometimes messy. But we should have different orders (DVD, production) available in the future.

mini series are series as well and many of them have only 2 or 3 episodes

Only That AD is no mini series. And every season has around 20 episodes.

Feel free to consider it an abridged season... it's not like they switched the channel or anything.
