Hmm... am I missing something here? imdb and Google report more episodes, but Wikipedia matches what you have, and while checking some torrents the entire seasons match the episode count. Why are some episode counts so drastically different?
Season 11 only has 3 episodes when it should have 22
American Dad is mentioned in the Bible as an example: "When seasons are re-organized after a network change (e.g. American Dad, Futurama), we do not re-arranged the aired seasons/episodes. The new season is simply added as the next season."
If I remember correctly, it was originally announced that American Dad would move to TBS for Season 11 after ten seasons on Fox. But Fox decided to release three unaired episodes as Season 11, bumping the first season on TBS to Season 12.
This was also covered in many previous content issue reports. You can see them here.

In addition
- The list goes on for nearly every season. For some reason this is all messed up.

The Contribution Bible explains that TMDb follows the original seasons.
