When Drake is shown a photograph of a young girl who is the victim of drugs, he sets out for the Middle East to break up the ring supplying opium. He is aided by an American agent, Sandi Lewis.

Together they trace the source of the drugs, with the help of a courageous little man.

Drake and his American counterparts have competing plans to prevent the execution of a former Central American Revolutionary.
