Host Eric Adjepong welcomes three chefs specializing in noodles to the Alex vs. America arena. The chefs from New York, California and New Jersey, each with their own unique take perfecting noodles, will have to strategize what type of pasta and ingredients they will cook with in round 1, all in hopes of knocking Chef Alex out of the competition. Judges Evan Funke and Jet Tila will determine whether these noodle experts have a chance of taking Alex down in her own arena.

The chefs from New York, Oregon and Texas, representing some of the most popular vegan spots in their states, will have to strategize what type of ingredients they help them be successful in round 1, all in hopes of knocking Chef Alex out of the competition and a chance to win $10,000. Judges Jet Tila and Fariyal Abdullahi will determined the winner of these intense No Meat Allowed challenges.
