The 'Til Death Do Us Part Kourtney and Travis' special was originally released as a movie on Hulu, which is the original/official broadcaster.

Yes but In every territory outside of the US - it is listed as S2E11 so I believe it should be counted as such

We only list elements as they were originally released.
Consequently, it should be listed as a movie and not as an episode of the series.
