I did the same thing earlier but it was changed by @Piotr and I think that'd be the correct way. Since, even if the episode was cancelled it might still be there in the Blu-rays (probably) ultimately making it a special episode.

PS: Don't add the special episode for now as many anime(s) don't get a proper physical release and it'd be a pain to wait for 2 months to get the mods to delete the episode.

So the only thing left to do is deleting “episode 13”, right?

According to official website there is no Episode 2. There is episode 1 then episode 3.

So please fix the serial order (1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12).

As per our rules, the episodes should be numbered continuously.
