It's the first day of school at Acme Looniversity. Babs and Buster Bunny meet their new friends, Sweetie Bird, Hamton J. Pig, and Plucky Duck.

Hamton gets into medical school but soon realizes it's not at all what he imagined. Buster desperately tries to find a way to bring his pal back to Acme Loo.

Plucky goes home with Babs and Buster for Spring Break and quickly becomes the new star of Burrowville, while Hamton and Sweetie embark on the adventure after accidentally missing their train stop.

Buster is a lucky bunny ... until he isn't. When his luck runs out, it puts Acme Loo at risk of closing.
