Cat is tired of Dog being so un-intelligent, so he makes Dog study & watch video tapes, so Dog sucks all of Cats smartness out of him, and in return Cat gets Dog's stupidity.

CatDog and their friends end up in a garbage truck and fall into water where Cat acts like a pirate.
