I think there's more stuff wrong with the series. Because according to the official website S13E10 is Viper room, while here it is S14E10
Also. I think these episodes are the 4-episode miniseries special? I think it should be in the specials section therefore.

The episode order on the official website is all wrong, but our seasons do appear to be off. I think the issue is with Season 3:
