Most of the best episodes happened when Seven Of Nine joined the crew--This TV series is one of the best series TV has ever produced--We were Voyager Fanatics once it went into syndication
@Outrider227 : You have every right to love Voyager (If I sound nasty or condescending, I assure you that I'm not), one of the great things about Star Trek is that there's something for everyone. For instance, a lot of Trekkies hated Star Trek Into Darkness but I loved it (I think partially because I'm a Cumberbabe).
Unfortunately, for some reason DS9 and Voyager weren't shown in syndication where I live for some unknown reason. Maybe if they had of been, I might have watched them again and reevaluate my opinion.
Slightly OT: You know how a lot of Bond fans didn't like Timothy Dalton? I love Timothy Dalton and I thought his Bond movies were awesome.
Course: Oblivion - Bittersweet conclusion. It depresses the hell out of some fans, but the story resonates with me and it haunts me for some time after I watch it.
Timeless - Loyalty and sacrifice are themes that appeal to me.
The Void - Some social commentary in this episode about the state of global affairs, how we are all stuck in the same crap, and needing to work together instead of fighting.
Tuvix - This episode is polarizing amongst fans. It still haunts me to this day. I still think Janeway was wrong.
Flashback - Actually a fairly weak story with a glaring plothole, but it appeals to me if only for the nostalgia factor. Good to see Sulu in action one more time.
@Dark_Sithlord : I think that I've mentioned it before, but even though it made me cry so much I got a migraine headache, my choice for best episode is Tuvix.
I can't think of the titles, but the first season episode where they encounter the Romulan, and the episode when Voyager is finally able to contact Earth and Captain Janeway gets a letter from her fiancé Mark telling her that he got married to someone else was good. And I really liked the season two premiere, The 39ers.
Yes, I agree, Maria. Tuvix is a standout episode for me. It made an emotional impact on me and still resonates with me.The fact that people can argue this episode over 20 years later, is indicative of its power. I recall some heated debates on imdb over this episode.
@Dark _Sithlord : Tim Russ and Nathan Phillips did such an excellent job on this episode. In fact, someone on Quora asked what was the saddest episode of Star Trek (any series), and I wrote Tuvix. I've gotten 2 upvotes on it so far. If I had to choose, I think that Tuvix is the best episode of Voyager, period.

These are also my favourites.
I would also add:

There are probably a couple more I'm forgetting.
