TMDb put special episodes like this one into a special season number 0 -> you can read more about this in our Contribution Bible here:

So, I moved all info about this christmas special to this season:
https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/18666-two-s-company/season/0
And I deleted the other 2 episode entries (season 1, episode 7, and season 2, episode 8). I think now it's correct!
