That's correct, but the Disney+ date is considered a digital preview since only the first 2 episodes / 4 segments have aired on Disney Channel / Disney XD. The remaining 8 episodes / 15 segments are airing weekly, with 2 episodes / 4 segments airing each week.

For some reason only Disney channel air dates are accepted, unless the Disney+ release of the first half of S05 was "leaked" then I don't understand the insistence to not follow the original air dates just because it's on Disney+ instead of Disney Channel. The same thing on TVDB too

When the original network of a series is a regular TV channel, we always use the dates of that channel, even if the series is digitally previewed on a streaming service.

Why is this different from the premiere on YouTube of the first episode?

It's not. The first segment of the first episode was previewed on Disney Channel and Disney XD on May 26. When a television network airs a preview of their television series on their own network, the preview date can be used.

So you mean to tell me that Disney+ is not their own network?

When did Disney Channel become Disney+?
Season 5's network is very clearly Disney Channel (and Disney XD since they air the episodes at the same time) because Disney+ and DisneyNow got the episodes the day after airing on Disney Channel and Disney XD. The show didn't move to Disney+, episodes 3-10 are simply being released early on Disney+ and DisneyNow.
