It's being released for the first time in the US (this has the US as its Origin Country) on February 21, 2025. October 15, 2023 was the release date in Australia and New Zealand.

Shouldn't there be a new episode group for this new release?

Unless the Netflix order is different from the Prime Video order, or vice versa, no. There's no need to have an episode group with the same exact order as the default order.
