Extra Details: It clearly says "Official TEASER". Why is it type locked as a Trailer?

Because Amazon Prime Video UK calls it an "Official Teaser Trailer" on YouTube. Teaser trailers are added as trailers, not teasers, with the exception of teaser trailers shorter than 75 seconds.
