Adam meets a father who is desperately anxious to find his missing daughter, and he helps in the search for her - but he finds out too late that the woman is a psychiatrist and the man is a former patient who is stalking her. Meanwhile, Adam continues the hunt for Zachary's grave and makes a little progress.

Zachary leads Adam into an ancient castle furnished as it would have been a thousand years before and calls up the shade of a fighter who once almost killed Adam long ago.
