Millie summons the Gremmies to fix her scooter but ends up receiving a number of unwanted upgrades for their tent. The problem is that the Gremmies are not very good at planning, leaving the fate of the tent up in the air.

Millie and Lou head out at night to stargaze at the top of Starry Hill. On their way, they meet Zhoolee who needs help building his courage.
