Uys will do anything to get out of the plans Febé has for them, and Nina cries on Tracy’s shoulder. Daleen is furious when Tertius confronts her, and Conrad acts strangely at the Transplant Unit’s launch. Nicolette makes a shocking discovery.

Louis has to inform At about tragic news, Daleen accuses Tracy and their argument leads to further tension. Bonnie discovers Uys has a secret.

Tertius organises a surprise for Daleen and Nina, At finds out Bets is back in Pretoria, and Febé finds out about Uys’s cunning plan.

Tertius admits he is considering a big move, Hugo fears for a patient’s life, and Nina is cynical about the future. Uys confronts Bonnie, and Naomi discovers that Bets is homeless.

Febé and Uys have a huge misunderstanding, and Steve is on the warpath when he realises At is being paranoid. Tertius is beginning to consider Nina’s request.

While Louis and Naomi are at loggerheads about Bets, Bets impresses Thalia. Uys cannot decide what he should do about his relationship with Febé, and it looks like someone wants to move abroad.

Febé is very upset when she discovers what Uys was planning to do, and the Koster family is stressed out. Naomi helps Bets with a request, but when At walks in on them, he is not happy.

At fights a desperate battle to save someone’s life, Tracy confronts Daleen, and Karen worries about a patient who cannot remember his own name.

Tertius has an open and honest conversation with his daughter, Karen receives good news about the John Doe that was admitted, and Bets is suddenly not as desperate to see Conrad.

Louis and Naomi argue over Bets, Tracy has to say farewell to someone, and Karen realises her patient is starting to remember. Jacques warns At that Conrad is in danger, and At swears revenge.

Conrad’s situation gives a certain liar some grace. A relationship that has reached a turning point, looks like it might survive. Karen is desperate over her forced lie.

A letter helps Tracy to make a decision, much to Tertius’ surprise. Two women are hopeful that all is not lost. Karen still has her hands full with her difficult patient.

Karen is very protective of her patient, and battles with the idea that another “nurse” will be monitoring him. Tracy has doubts about her and Tertius’ plans. Bets has a breakthrough with Conrad, and gives Nicolette something to think about.

Naomi is impressed with Conrad, and Tracy is shocked to find out her secret has been leaked. Elise rubs someone up the wrong way.

Karen receives good news about her patient’s “children”. Tertius starts doubting his decision, and At asks Nicolette to lie to Conrad.

Someone refuses to go for therapy, and Tracy confesses her true feelings. Elise wants to explain herself, and Naomi realises a couple is heading the wrong way. Thalia does not want to go to school anymore, and Steve realises he will have to tell At the truth.

Nicolette gets involved in a dangerous game, Louis invites him and Naomi along on another couple’s romantic getaway. Thalia gets bad news.

Febé and Bonnie make an exciting discovery about Braam. Naomi is shocked when she sees the new locum, and Bets tells Nicolette they will never be friends. At has a new plan.

Naomi and Louis are both shocked by their new lodger, and Conrad tries to convince Delia and Steve that he is ready to operate again. Elise is fascinated by Braam's adventurous past.

It seems that At was assaulted, and Bets is even more afraid. Conrad agrees to see a psychologist, and the nurses' curiosity about Ella lands Naomi in hot water. Braam opens up about Jasmyn, and Elise has a difficult decision to make.

Uys confesses about Ella, and Jasmyn's email makes Elise anxious. Bets drops a bomb, and Conrad says goodbye to a shocked doctor. Braam is thrown when he hears Jasmyn is coming to visit, and Naomi admits Ella makes her uncomfortable.

A loved one from the past is completely different from what everyone expected. Nicolette stands her ground about her loyalties, even though it might negatively impact her future. Naomi starts getting a very worrying suspicion.

Conrad is caught off guard when Bets arrives at his house. Henry and Delia disagree about his daughter, and Ella and Naomi are happy about a new relationship.

Bets is not impressed with Conrad’s new love interest, Joe and Nicolette are getting on each other’s nerves again, and Riekie blames her dad for everything.

A hospital rule has far reaching consequences for Riekie. Conrad is not at ease with the real reason for Bets’ visit, and Max’s attempts to reconcile with the Oliviers fail.

Conrad becomes suspicious of Bets, Cecile is disturbed by Riekie’s strange behavior, and by trying to help Joe, Max creates even more conflict.

Bets offers to look after Malie, and Joe’s plans to spend more time with Fiona don’t work out. Henry receives devastating news about Riekie.
