Ella is in for a nasty surprise in the linen room, and Yvonne confronts Max about his lies. Conrad feels sorry for Bets, and has a favor to ask Delia.

Joe finally confronts a "ghost" from the past. Riekie takes a big decision, and Bets works on yet another new plan.

One of Hugo’s operations is a success, Nicolette and Max have an uncomfortable conversation, and Nicolette thinks Joe is trying to sabotage her. Delia gives Bets new hope.

There is still no guarantee that Riekie will be exonerated. Delia confronts Bets about the way she and Bertus conduct business, and Joe gets a glimpse of his father’s deeds in the past.

Ella blames herself for a patient’s death, Bets overhears a conversation that upsets her, and Joe tells his sister about his visit to their father’s mistress.

Louis suspects Bets is messing with him, Ella gives LJ sound advice, and Nicolette and Joe finally find common ground.

Esra is back and puts pressure on Tracy, but Tertius is unwavering. Henry tries to bring Riekie to her senses, and LJ has an idea for Louis.

Tracy tries to help Esra, but to no avail. Thalia is not impressed with LJ’s work stealing their holiday time together. Naomi ropes Annetjie in to help with a Christmas project.

Nicolette gets all the more driven to impress as a registrar, and LJ tries to plead his case to a hurt Thalia. Joe is surprised when he sees Anya in Binneland.

Joe asks for Naomi’s help, and Uys is consumed by guilt. Thalia is not yet ready to forgive LJ, and Annetjie has to step in and help when Ella has a crisis.

Ella finds out what happened between LJ and Thalia, and Uys’ “incident” leads to a surprising twist in the tale. Anya’s appointment as temporary receptionist puts Max in an awkward position.

Ella confronts LJ about the reason for his breakup with Thalia, and Annetjie receives a message from At. Conrad gives Nicolette the opportunity she has been waiting for.

Joe is highly frustrated by Nicolette's senselessness. Elise senses that something is not quite right with her new friend, and LJ shares a possible future dream with Uys.

Annetjie and Ella are at loggerheads about a storeroom, and Thalia refuses to talk to Naomi. The registrars no longer trust Joe and he loses his temper with Jess.

Joe realises he will have to talk to his mother about Anya, and Elise tries to figure out what went wrong between Thalia and LJ. Ella knows what to do with her storage stuff.

Yvonne feels betrayed by her children, and Naomi feels hurt that Thalia chose to confess to Elise rather than to her. Tertius has had enough of Nicolette and Joe’s feud.

Uys tries to play peacemaker between Joe and Nicolette, LJ helps out with a mini-market, and Anya is forced to return to Binneland.

Joe’s patient has a setback, and Ella explains an awkward, unreasonable reaction to Tracy. Naomi and Uys have a stern word with Nicolette.

Max takes the blame for something a registrar did wrong, and Conrad offers Nicolette the chance of a lifetime. LJ thinks he has made a shocking discovery about the past.

Joe is determined to tell Delia the truth, and Anya suspects Max is not being completely honest with her. Uys thinks Nicolette is still working too hard, and LJ gets new information about a photograph.

Joe’s confidence has taken a knock, and Nicolette takes advantage of the situation. Ella realises why Annetjie is so hostile towards her, and LJ’s frustrations are starting to boil over.

Tertius suspects his worst fears might come true, and Louis’ advice to Thalia boomerangs. Anya drops a bomb when Max confronts her.

Max confronts Nicolette and questions her motives, and LJ tries his best to ask Thalia for forgiveness. Uys is caught off guard by an unexpected visitor.
