Problem for Season 13; missing 4 episodes & locked

The data for Season 13 is missing the last 4 episodes (21 - 24). I signed up for an account, assuming I could fix this, but there is no "+ Add New Episode" link available.
I have searched the forums for some time, and while it does appear I could edit an existing episode, there is no way to add missing episodes.
Any ideas/help would be appreciated 🙏

Never mind; read thru the other content issues and see that they (the missing episodes) are listed under Specials...
