Due to a mistake at the dry cleaners, Dodgers gets a Green Lantern uniform instead of his own. Donning the garment, mask and ring, Dodgers gains full Green Lantern powers.

A truce between Earth and Mars leaves Dodgers bored. Meanwhile, Roboto returns with a thirst for revenge as he assembles all of Dodgers' previous villains together to form the Legion of Duck Doom.
