Extra Details: Seasons 22-24 (2017, 2018, 2019) should be removed as no Dora competition was held and Croatia internally selected their Eurovision artist. 2012 (Season 21) should be kept as an hour-long show "Dora - Idemo na Eurosong" was still used to premiere that year's entry. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Croatia_in_the_Eurovision_Song_Contest

I actually meant that 21-24 (2013-2019) should be removed

Oops 21-24 are 2013, 2016, 2017, and 2018 (when there was no Dora)
