While the two share many similarities, including most of the content, they appear to be distinct in both release date and certain parts of the content. It seems to me like they got the footage from the movie added a few minutes of extra content, split it in half and released it as a series a month later (ish).
This mini-documentary series is available on Archive.org. It can also be found under "Shows" on BBC Earth CA and PBS.

I think you are referring to the movie Dinosaurs: The Final Day with David Attenborough (2022).

bbcearth.com shows Dinosaur Apocalypse as a 1 hour and 27 minutes movie, but I believe that to be a mistake as when I click to watch it, it redirects me to the movie Dinosaurs: The Final Day with David Attenborough (2022).
Please let me know if I'm missing anything.
