The 27th National Television Awards were held on 13 October 2022 at OVO Arena Wembley. It was hosted by Joel Dommett. The ceremony is typically held at the O2 Arena in Greenwich, but due to the damage the arena endured during Storm Eunice, it was confirmed that the awards would be held at Wembley.

The 28th National Television Awards are set to be held on 5 September 2023 at the O2 Arena, London. They will be hosted by Joel Dommett. The longlist nominations were released on 23 May 2023 and the shortlist was announced on 15 August 2023.

The 29th National Television Awards are set to be held on 11 September 2024 at the O2 Arena, London. They will be hosted by Joel Dommett. The longlist nominations were released on 21 May 2024 and the shortlist were announced on 20 August 2024.
