Earl decides to teach English as a Second language to cross "Made fun of people with accents" off his karma list. While Ralph an old friend is released from prison, Earl tries to convince him in the ways of karma however Ralph ends up kidnapping Randy trying to get his hands on Earl’s lotto winnings.

It's a trip down memory lane for Earl, Randy, Joy, Darnell and the Crab Shack regulars when they remember their fifteen minutes of fame watching a 2003 repeat of the TV show "Cops," which was filmed in Camden County.

Billie wants him to choose between her and his list. When he picks the list, she steals it and starts undoing the items he has already accomplished.
