Frustrated with his father and his homelife, Hero runs away from home to attend school in a town where his aunt lives. There, he meets Pop, and the two experience a rocky start in their relationship.

However, Hero's attachment to Poppy, irritates his girlfriend, Lala, who follows him and tries to pull him back with an unexpected plan, altering the relationship between Lala, Hero, and Poppy forever.
