Season 19 of Hell's Kitchen was announced on February 26, 2019, as FOX renewed it along with Season 20. Both seasons will take place at the Hell's Kitchen restaurant in Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The prize is a head chef's position at Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen Lake Tahoe.

Season 19 of "Hell's Kitchen" first aired in the UK on 21 October 2020. It will air later on Fox with the first episode on Thursday, 7 January 2021 at 8pm ET/PT.

This page on the TMDb site shows the dates of the nine episodes, including 1-4, that have been broadcast in the UK, from 21 October 2020 to 19 November 2020.

There are no US airdates of January 2021. Are you perhaps referring to another page?

I see on Trakt.tv that there is a mix of US (episodes 1-4) and UK (episodes 5-7) dates. Episodes 8 and 9 haven't been included (yet). The pages on TMDb are updated frequently when new information becomes available. It could be that Trakt.tv hasn't updated its page (yet).

On Trakt.tv there is still the mix with the first 4 episode (19x01 - 19x04) with US dates and the next 10 episodes (19x05 - 19x14) with UK dates. It could be that when the US airdates of all the episodes of season 19 is known, the UK dates will then be replaced with the US dates.

The app is only showing up to E. 14, the rest of the episodes are supposed to be airong 2021 WRONG!!! i have just finished watching E. 15
