Episodes 13-24 are clearly listed as season 2 on the official website...
Per our rules, when the episodes are numbered continuously, they should be added to the same season.
Per your rules you also say the follow the official source and the official source has 12 episodes in the first season and 12 episodes in the second.
Your rules are wrong if they can't handle parsing more than one data point.
