This is due to the time zone Amazon uses to release content; Amazon normally uses 00:00 GMT as the release time so content advertised as releasing on Thursdays actually releases Wednesday nights in the US.
There has been some content recently that does not follow this rule, like Invincible Season 2B and The Idea of You, that has been released on the advertised date at 3 am ET but I don't know if this show is one of them.
I stayed up until around 1 am ET and the episode still wasn't available. If it was following Amazon's standard release time, the episode should have been up for a while by then, with a normal release time of between around 7-9 pm ET.

I believe this one follows this rule, as it did not show up on my list to watch until 1 AM MT. I will check again tonight and let you know.

The show is now up on Amazon Prime, and was not one hour ago. Looks like this does not follow the GMT pattern that other Amazon shows would follow.
