I am asking for a clear definition between a TV show and a limited docuseries. As far as I know, the latter is constituted as a "multi-part film," meaning that this, like many on TMDB, has been improperly added from the get-go.

A "limited docuseries" is generally always a TV show; it has "series" in the name, which are usually released as TV shows. Anything released as a TV show on its respective network should be added as a TV show on TMDB as well. The only exception are one-off specials; these are always added as movies even if given a single-episode TV show listing on the network's website.
This was released as a 6-episode TV show on Netflix so the TV entry is the correct place for it. This is not a movie nor a "multi-part film."

I don't understand what you're trying to report. This was released as a 6-episode TV show on Netflix.
