As indicated in the previous reports, it is on our list of series were the seasons should be separated and/or merged. As this should be done by the administrator, no date is currently available.
This is very disappointing after years of pledging, there has been no action, and in fact, negative progress with @superboy97 deleting information that people use.
Just wanted to confirm, since there is no timeline or or commitment that any split will ever happen, is the strategy to push everyone else to TVDB for Kamen Rider metadata for the foreseeable future, and then hope they will return after an indeterminate date?
I am not splitting Kamen Rider X.
I created a new one instead because the data will eventually disappear and is unreliable.
If it were to be split next month or tomorrow, I would do nothing and join after the administrator has done it, but
this topic has been left alone since 2022.
@yamanobe I feel the pain. All attempts to improve the content structure for better metadata handling have all been deleted by the moderators. For some reason, usability is not important for TMDB moderators? This makes me wonder whether the moderators actually use TMDB Kamen Rider metadata.
I think they're doing a good job considering I don't know where the revenue from this service is coming from,
and I know I'm being selfish by asking for the content I want to use to be prioritized over everything else
I just want to be able to revise this content while I'm still interested in it.
I think in a few months I'll be moving on to other hobbies and forget about the lack of Kamen Rider content.
So when will this split happen? Like Each Kamen Rider entry is its own thing with some minor nods to continuity. There's no overarching story except in the early Showa stuff, but in general, each Kamen Rider show is treated as its own series. Heck, the original 1971 show is the closest the franchise had for each part having seasons.
Having them as seasons of one single show has the same usability as having them separated
I would vehemently disagree with this sentence. It is evident by seeing how many users are requesting this split. It is clear that people don't submit this particular request here multiple times just for the sake of annoying the moderators. There is a real need, and it is simply being turned a blind eye against.

And having multiple duplicates for each of them is not very usable.
It is usable, especially with Plex servers. Now that the Gotchard page is gone, it will take a while to create a single Kamen Rider Gotchard Plex page. If other tokusatsu franchises can have their own shows as their own entries, why not Kamen Rider, which functions the same way as said other tokusatsu franchises?
EDIT: This got me thinking, why not start with the next series, Kamen Rider Gavv to be its own entry and not part of this item?
So now we have to look at a record that says an actor born in 1993 was in a show in 1977? What a great 'DATABASE', and it says all the major cast members were in every episode. lol
EDIT : My plan to document the cast and crew in detail while watching Kamen Rider Ryuuki has been ruined by you, thank you very much!

As indicated above, the split should be done by the administrator, not by the users. There were multiple entries for each of the seasons.

There were multiple entries for each of the series.
As long as the split has not be done, no duplicates should be created.

When will that be? I don't think I'll be contributing to this content any more as the admins are not cooperating.

Maybe the content will stay split like this forever?
