The ideal would be to find an archived page of 2008 to check how it was listed at that time, but I'm noy able to find one. The first archived version of your link is dated from 2016 (https://web.archive.org/web/20160310044555/https://www.tvnow.de/rtl/112-sie-retten-dein-leben), but it doesn't display correctly.
https://www.fernsehserien.de/112-sie-retten-dein-leben is also speaking of a single season of 110 episodes.

I watched the series and I know that RTL always talked about seasons and frankly for me it makes no sense to list all episodes in one season
fernsehserien, wikipedia and IMDB are not authoritative for this information

"tvnow" was not the producer of the show -> the production company "actionconcept" was:

Initially, they produced 50 episodes for RTL -> then RTL ordered 30 more -> until RTL ordered another 30 -> 110 in total (side note: given the name of the series, it should've been 112 ...
).
@superboy97's idea to look for archived pages was correct -> here's the original RTL page for the series from December 2008:
https://web.archive.org/web/20081207113315/http://www.rtl.de/tv/tv_967401.php
When you click around from here, you'll find lots of other interesting pages - for examples:
https://web.archive.org/web/20081220063252/http://www.rtl.de/tv/tv_968944.php
https://web.archive.org/web/20090202170819/http://rtl-now.rtl.de/sierettenleben.php
https://web.archive.org/web/20090228152031/http://rtl-now.rtl.de/sierettenleben.php
Alternatively, you can also browse through the archived pages of the daily RTL tv planer -> but it's tricky to find (still) existing pages. You can start on the following page in August 2008 until February 2009:
https://web.archive.org/web/20080901000000*/http://www.rtl.de/ea/tvplaner/content/dayview_r.php?id=100
Look for the "17:00" time slot, and click on "mehr" or the series title. Here are a few random examples of episode descriptions that I found:
https://web.archive.org/web/20080826235240/http://www.rtl.de/ea/tvplaner/content/detail_r.php?id=100&event=462847
https://web.archive.org/web/20080830080711/http://www.rtl.de/ea/tvplaner/content/detail_r.php?id=100&event=466344
https://web.archive.org/web/20081212015254/http://www.rtl.de/ea/tvplaner/content/detail_r.php?id=100&event=500155
https://web.archive.org/web/20081212032837/http://www.rtl.de/ea/tvplaner/content/detail_r.php?id=100&event=502479
Not a single one of these archived pages uses the word "Staffel" and puts them into seasons. @superboy97 is correct -> this series originally had no seasons.

All the informations have been transferred to the 1st season. You can now delete seasons 2 and 3.
