Event: PARIS 1792
The discovery of a hidden scroll sparks a mission to recover the lost crown jewels of France. The message points Sydney and Nigel to a winery, Chateau Halezan founded by Jerome Halezan, long considered as Marie-Antoinette's lover. It's possible Halezan hid the jewels in a wine bottle. The treasure hunt winds through a Parisian black market and the city's famed underground catacombs, in addition to pitting Sydney and Nigel against thieves and crime lords.

Event: THE BARBARY COAST 1534
Sydney's former mentor, Professor Chandler, passes away before finishing recovering the Ruby Chalice of Truth, his life's work, a long-fabled relic imbued with truth-inducing powers. The chalice eventually fell into the hands of a French diplomat. Sydney, Nigel and Stewie Harper, track the goblet to a cooking academy in Paris, with a parchment written in Berber and the professor's notes. As students, the three chef it up during the day and scourge the school by night. A masquerading rival and students at every turn, the threesome must fulfill Professor Chandler's life mission.

Author and conspiracy theorist Vladimir Bugos contacts Sydney and Nigel to locate the Golden Falcon of Maribor, a relic last seen the night Crown Princess Natasha, its owner, disappeared about 400 years ago. Not impressed by Bugos' reputation, they are swayed by a map he has discovered, and they head into the Carpathian Mountains despite of werewolves to bag the Falcon.

Sydney's old friend from the Louvre Museum begs to join the hunt for a ruby-encrusted scepter once wielded by Gunther the Brave. They discover afterwards that this ""friend"" has quit his job and sold the recovered relic for a profit. It is up to Sydney and Nigel to recover the scepter before the buyer takes a midnight flight under the cover of diplomatic immunity.

Sydney and Nigel link the incident to French folklore, when an antique bronze mask disfigures a supermodel. An Executioner, who was born horribly disfigured, was believed to have put a curse upon his mask during the French Revolution. Until the mask is returned to the remains of this Executioner, its curse will be handed down to wearer.

Nigel makes contact with a Hungarian monk who could help him prove that St. Gabriel and his magical sword once existed. But, when Nigel and Sydney arrive at the remote monastery, the Abbot denies any knowledge of Nigel's contact. However, they soon discover that this centuries-old monastic order is hiding a horrible secret about the legendary demon Belial.
