TMDb is a user generated database, meaning all the content is and was contributed by users like you and me and many others. If you find a show that's incomplete, it's just a sign that nobody added the data, yet. We moderators can help with certain issues (deleting and locking content, most of the time), but we can't add all the data ourselves to every movie and every show that exists on this planet -> that would be just too much to ask.

And you can do it yourself. If you know that the data on tvdb/trakt is correct, just start adding the missing information to the latest/previous season. It might be of help if you're familiar with the following 2 pages in our Contribution Bible:
