It's time for a new installment of The Physical! This time, Dr. Dee Williams, Nurse Khloe Kay, and Nurse Jean Hollywood are hosting a nurses' retreat for 4 nurses in training. They begin by asking the 4 trainees to introduce themselves and explain why they decided to choose this career.

Charlotte Sins gets things started by saying that she loves helping people. Next, Jade Venus admits that she didn't realize this was going to be a REAL nursing thing, and she thought they were just here to be models! However, she does think this real nurse stuff looks like it might be interesting. Dr. Williams assures Jade that she's welcome to stay - maybe she'll discover a new career path. The next person is Kira Noir, who says she's here because she loves learning about the human body and how to heal all the different parts. And last but certainly not least, Eva Maxim says that one of her parents is a nurse, so she wants to follow in her parent's footsteps.

Eva Maxim and her longtime friend Charlotte Sins are relaxing together after a fun day of shopping. Charlotte had moved away for college and a brief stint of employment, but she missed her hometown. After a career opportunity opened up locally, she jumped at the chance to move back.

Kenzie Taylor is wearing a bikini, and goes out to the pool at her small apartment complex to relax. She gets herself comfy and begins to read, when suddenly her new neighbor, Eva Maxim, walks past. They casually say hi to each other, but Kenzie is floored by how hot Eva looks in her swimsuit.

Rebecca Vanguard is working up the courage to break up with her current trans girlfriend, Janie Blade, since she's met ANOTHER trans woman that she ALSO likes: Eva Maxim. Rebecca invites Janie over to her home so that she can finally break the news to her. But when Janie arrives, Rebecca is surprised to see that Janie has brought her a gift!

Eva Maxim got a job working for a themed restaurant, and has just received a package containing her work 'uniform': a pirate costume. Her roommate, Charlotte Sins, playfully teases Eva about how goofy the outfit is going to look. As Eva changes into the costume, she tells Charlotte not to peek, causing Charlotte to get impatient because she wants to tease Eva some more.

Eva Maxim and her girlfriend Brittney Kade are having a casual conversation about things they've never tried before. Eventually, Brittney admits that she's only ever dated trans women, never cis women. Eva admits that she's never dated a cis woman either. They agree that since they're both lesbians, it DOES seem a shame that neither has had a sexual experience involving a cis woman... and it's too bad they never will, since they're now in a long-term committed relationship with each other. But then they start to wonder... what if they tried a threesome?

Three scientists (Avery Jane, Leana Lovings, Siri Dahl) are preparing three beautiful androids (Eva Maxim, Khloe Kay, Zariah Aura) to get approval for mass production from a major investor. The androids are known as 'trandroids,' which is short for 'transformative androids,' and are meant to be perfect platonic companions. But the scientists are thrown a curveball when their investor requests that the trandroids be made into ROMANTIC companions instead.

A beautiful model, Summer Col, is wearing multiple pieces of jewelry for a fashion photo shoot. To make the jewelry the main focus, the rest of Summer's outfit consists of only a skimpy bra and a thong. The photographer, Eva Maxim, remains professional, but the atmosphere gets increasingly intimate as Eva takes closeup shots, and occasionally has to touch Summer to adjust the positions of the jewelry.

A time-traveling guide from the future, Emma Rose, brings a time-tourist, Eva Maxim, to a living room in the present-day 21st century. Emma gives a tour of the place, with Eva being excited and curious throughout.

Shadow has the house to himself while his girlfriend, Angie, is away on one of her frequent business trips. At the same time, Angie's sibling, Eva Maxim, is in need of a place to stay for a few days while her home is being fumigated. Shadow has invited Eva to stay over, saying she can use the bedroom while she's here, and Shadow can go crash on the couch.

Eva Maxim has been working for her parent-in-law, Lauren Phillips, though has decided to quit all of a sudden.

An office worker, Skye Blue, is the first to arrive at the office, wearing a sundress because it's Casual Friday. After a few moments, another employee, Eva Maxim, comes in wearing a very stylish and sexy outfit. Skye's jaw drops. As they chat, it is revealed that Eva is new to the job, which is why Skye has never seen Eva's Casual Friday style before. The conversation also reveals that they're both quite early, so it'll be a while before anyone else arrives.

Queenie Sateen enters the living room and sees her parent's girlfriend, Eva Maxim, who is looking after Queenie while her parent is away on a business trip. Eva is reading a book, so Queenie politely asks if it's okay if she plays video games in this room. Eva says that's fine, so Queenie lies down on her stomach on the floor to play a video game.

Two night shift nurses who are roommates (Eva Maxim and Summer Vixen) arrive home. As they try to unwind by watching TV, they comment that the TV characters are cuddling, and admit that working the night shift has taken a toll on their dating lives.

They decide to help each other out with some much-needed cuddling, and start to feel a bit better. They say it's too bad that they can't also help each other with the OTHER thing they're missing - sex - but then realize that maybe they CAN!

Emma Rose and Eva Maxim have invited their new friend, Summer Col, over to watch a movie at their house. Summer is so grateful to have met them- it isn't easy making new friends these days, ya know? They curl up onto the couch together, with Summer sitting right in between Emma and Eva.
