I just found out the performers were a couple after Cindy died. I think David appeared on the soap The Bold and Beautiful a few years ago.

Yes, he played Dr. Martin Guthrie in 12 episodes in 1997/1998.

I also found out David and Michael had an act named "Lenny and Squiggy" prior to fame. That is cool, the producers allowed them to keep the names. Sqiggy was originally Italian, not Polish. In addition, their pre fame act was very raunchy!
