It's a mistranslation by a fan. The poor grammar is proof enough of that. There's no official english title. I've corrected the title on the other sites, it's up to you to if you want to fix it here too.

I updated the episode's title to "The Secret of the Missing Young Lady" since that's the title used on the earliest Crunchyroll archive I could find (Oct. 18, 2015) where the full title is displayed.
