So, it seems like here and TMDB use some kind of ordering, whereas Netflix and possibly Amazon are using I believe Production Code Ordering. Which one should be used?

The episodes should always be in the original airing order: https://www.themoviedb.org/bible/tv/59f743289251416e71000037
But you can re-create the production and/or Netflix and/or Amazon order(s) using episode groups. That's exactly what they were created for.

Not 100% sure how you set one of those up. But heres the ordering (I screenshotted so you can see for verification if needed)

I created three seasons inside your Netflix episode group: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/31251-victorious/edit/episode_group/5b87016cc3a3681fe2000294
I added episodes to the first season based on your screenshots. I also started adding episodes to the second season, but stopped after five episodes. I think you should try it (if you want to). The column on the left is your Season 2: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/31251-victorious/edit/episode_group/5b87016cc3a3681fe2000294/group/5b8715b80e0a266f34001740 All you have to do is locate the episodes in the right column and add them to the season list in the right order.
There are three different methods you can use to add new episodes to the list: a) You can double-click on the episode, b) You can select an episode (one click) and then click on the "Move Selected Episodes" button, c) You can simply drag the episode from list on the right to the list on the left.
And when you are done, don't forget to click on the "Save Changes" button.
If you need to, you can also use the Ctrl and Shift keys to select multiple episodes. But that only work well when the episodes are already in the right-ish order. (The Netflix order is so different from the original airing order!
) And you can drag the episodes to quickly and easily re-order them.
(It kind of sound complicated, but it's really not when you are doing it.)

Yup got it, Just was confused on how you added seasons but you added them for me Anyhow, I got it done and setup. So the order is different because Netflix uses production code ordering, which coincidentally, the production codes are formatted like: so for example, season 1 episode 1's code is 101, and s3e2 would be 302. Noticed this when I was looking at wikipedia and comparing :) Amazon possibily uses Air-Date ordering though but I cant 100% confirm

Good job!
I quickly added the Amazon order. It's very similar to the original order except for the Christmas episode and The Blonde Squad (for some reason!?).

Again yh thats an odd one, im almost 100% sure though that the Christmas Episode was meant to be S3E1 (In air date) but something must have went wrong. Its odd cause its prod code is 301 and Netflix and I guess amazon both have it as S3E1, odd stuff

I double-checked and locked the Netflix seasons to make sure no one messes with them. I think I'm done here. We could add more orders (like all the different worldwide DVD ones), but I'm not that motivated. :)
