Now that the IMDB message boards are gone (what a waste), I wanted my first post on this site to be on the Babylon 5 boards. Honestly, this is tied with only one other series as my favorite ever. The thought and patience that went into writing the show, and the complexity of the themes were all orchestrated masterfully.

I easily contend that Babylon 5 is very relevant as a tool for political discussion as well, with many aspects of the story proving fairly prophetic, in interesting ways.
