Both Venice of the Dead and Non-Stop Rendezvous originally aired as episodes of Part IV in the Italian broadcasts (which is the primary and first broadcast for this season, not the Japanese one), I don't think it makes sense to split them from the rest of the season and include them as specials, which they're not. Similar for episode 0. They also don't appear in the list of specials of Track.Tv which uses TMDB as source, and I don't understand why.

Since Lupin the Third is a Japanese show, we follow the first Japanese airing. The Italian broadcast is therefore considered an alternative order, regardless of when it happened. This is explained in the guidelines: https://www.themoviedb.org/bible/tv/59f73eb49251416e71000025
