Naruto Shippuden has no seasons. Any seasons used here or anywhere else are made up by fans. So it really doesn't matter how the episodes are arranged. Eventually we'll get rid of the seasons and the arrangement will reflect the way the episodes were aired (continuous). Until then, please be patient. We will not move episodes around. Just keep adding new episodes to the existing season. It's all fake anyway.
