The Cottagers have only beaten Tottenham in one of their last 10 league matches, but they triumphed easily against Harry Redknapp's side 4-0 in the FA Cup last season. The other fixtures include struggling Bolton hosting Stoke at the Reebok Stadium and Wigan travelling to the Midlands to play Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux. Tottenham have won all three games since Saints returned to the Premier League and the south coast club have not won at White Hart Lane since September 2003. Aston Villa play host to Stoke City in the day's other game, looking to avenge their 2-1 defeat at the Britannia Stadium earlier this season when the Potters scored from each of their two shots on target. Peter Crouch scored the winner that day against his former club.
