I really need to pa closer attention to the non-crime parts of the show

So Danno's ex-wife has been living in Hawaii this whole time and they have shared custody of the kids? I thought she and her husband had moved to the mainland and Danno had full time care of the kids.

I guess I can't keep track of this stuff because I just don't care. But I really care about the team doing crazy stuff to solve crazy crimes.

She and Stan were going to move to Vegas back in season 3, but Danny fought her on it in court. I don't think the judge ruled on it because Rachel decided it was better for the kids to stay in Hawaii. It was in the episode where Steve showed up in court in his dress blues to testify on Danny's behalf.
