Darkwing Duck, an up-and-coming crime fighter dying for a big break, is stuck busting regular criminals in the bustling metropolis of St. Canard. Annoyed that he isn't getting enough attention from the press, Darkwing longs to fight a super-villain. He gets more than he bargained for however when he stumbles onto a fiendish plot by criminal mastermind Taurus Bulba to steal a top-secret weapon from the military: an anti-gravity beam cannon called the Waddlemeyer Ramrod.

Moleiarty, the fiendish genius marketer and mole from the deep unground, has rallied his fellow race for an attack to take over the surface city of St. Canard. Stealing buildings, he creates a beam to lock the moon in an eternal eclipse - to plunge everything in darkness.

Gosalyn would rather be anywhere than camping, but Drake has decided it's time to hit the trail for a little father/daughter togetherness.

When Honker's parents go missing, all clues point to the mysterious Twin Beaks. A mutated alien race of cabbages have begun their conquest of Earth from this unseemly town.
