It's the big wedding day for James and Ophelia, but before the knot can be tied the groom goes AWOL.

When Dean Loward finally closes a problem fraternity house, the university uses it for overflow housing, placing four freshmen under the supervision of the former fraternity president and his sometime girl friend.

Now that Lisa has given up her virginal status she is consumed with a voracious sexual appetite, which she sates with Jose at any opportunity. However she is faced with a dilemma; her teenage boyfriend/finance is coming to campus for a visit and she doesn't know how to tell him about Jose.

Ophelia and Lisa go streaking across the campus and wind up stuck in the Dean's office where they hook up, but when Ophelia tells James about the encounter her informs her that the Dean has a security system taping all activities in his office. That sends the couple on a mission to recover the incriminating tape.

Meanwhile, Jose and Freddy try to learn the secret of nerdy John Silverman's success with the ladies.

It's a new school year and the gang's not all here. Dean Loward is determined to rid the campus of Omega House and his plan includes demolition. James attempts an intervention with the demo man by reviewing the events of the previous school year.

One returnee is Karen who protests the destruction of he campus home. She returns along with her soon to be divorced father and stepmother. Daddy suggests that Karen and her friends live this year in his vacation home. Karen agrees and thus, Omega house moves to a luxury dwelling where James continues reliving memories of the previous year.
