Tempers fray as the portacabins fail to arrive. Spending just a few minutes with Georgina causes Ant Jones to get into trouble with both Mr. Bronson and Mr. Baxter.

Imelda is determined to have a slice of the profits from Gonch's toast making business, and Ziggy makes an ill-advised foray into the girls changing room.

Mrs. Reagan asks her daughter and Julia to investigate Louise Webb. Zammo's becoming increasingly desperate for money, and Ziggy's aerial bombardment misses its target.

The temporary classrooms finally arrive. Ziggy's letter from the Duke of Edinburgh Award is spiced up by Gonch.

Robbie and Ziggy are busy collecting chalk ends for the Duke of Edinburgh, while Imelda finds a way to raise money. Ant is in trouble again with Mr Bronson and Georgina tries to cheer him up.

Candidates to edit the fanzine are voted in, and Danny Kendall tries to persuade Ant Jones that an apology to Mr. Bronson would be a good idea.

Robbie takes Ziggy on a quick trip to London, while Laura and Julia plan an all night party.

Fay arranges a date with Mr. King. Ziggy plays a trick on Imelda at the swimming baths, but it doesn't have the result he expected.

Louise and Cheryl Webb seem destined to go into care. Jane plans a revenge on Ziggy for throwing her clothes in the swimming pool.

Zammo's mother learns of her son's heroin addiction when a number of items are stolen. Roland does well in his French Oral exam, and the truth emerges about Miss Partridge.

The speaking wall seems doomed when spiteful messages about Zammo appear on it. Ziggy and Robbie try to ambush Imelda by using Georgina as bait.

It's examination time at Grange Hill and that brings special problems for Zammo and Fay. Ant has chosen his options, but Mr Bronson has other ideas.

Zammo convinces Jackie he is free of drugs, but then later his mother's cash card goes missing...

Ant Jones is still missing. Danny Kendall's logo design looks set to be immortalised in the new school badge, and Banksie becomes very competitive with Mr. Kennedy.

All problems are put aside for the Fun Run. Steven Banks seems to be the only one taking it seriously, and there's a last chance for Ziggy to get revenge on his nemesis, Imelda.

Imelda comes to school with some hair dye and a 'hit list'. The newly acquired 6th form building leaves something to be desired.

Mr. Griffiths takes Helen and Ziggy to the donkey sanctuary and lets them into a secret.

Calley and Ronnie use their secret language, Vince shows Hollo a secret room, and Mr. Griffiths prepares for 'Operation Harriet'.

Operation Harriet seems to be successful, but the arrival of the donkey has not gone unnoticed. Radio Grange Hill gains support from the staff.

Roland negotiates with Mr. Griffiths for a larger common room, and more and more people are finding out about Harriet.

Imelda reveals the secret of Harriet to Mrs. McClusky, and Zammo gets back together with Jackie.

Ziggy and Robbie cause chaos while fetching a reel of cable, and Danny Kendall's father visits the school. Imelda lets Harriet loose, and she damages two cars.

Vince and Hollo propose that the bottle day money is put towards helping Danny Kendall, and Radio Grange Hill gets a test run.

Fundraising meetings are held. Imelda gets into a fight with Ronnie and Hollo is surprised to learn that Gonch has been dating Ronnie.

Imelda finally takes her stubbornness too far, Gonch returns, and Jackie decides she'll forgo the barge trip and go with Zammo instead.

It's the day of the barge trip. Who is the shadowy figure lurking in the bushes? Is there enough room on the barge to hold Fred's enormous wardrobe, and ego?

More adventures on the Grand Union Canal, and Ant Jones gets sent home.

Interviews are recorded for the radio. Mrs. Reagan isn't pleased to see her daughter riding pillion on Banksie's motorbike.

Banksie changes his mind about his work experience after meeting Lucy and Perry. Harriet the donkey falls sick.

Gonch convinces Trevor that the school is haunted. A teacher-student meeting ends abruptly when all of the students' ideas are summarily rejected.

The 6th form get their exam results, Trevor has a meeting with the 'Grange Hill Ghost' and Ant Jones can't please either his own St Joseph's team or his old Grange Hill friends.

Julia starts spying for her father, and the school handbook continues to be misinterpreted as a protest.

Helen and Georgina bid Harriet farewell, Zammo and Jackie go shopping for wedding outfits, and Fay has an unexpected encounter at the craft fair.

Mrs. McClusky is angry at Mr. Bronson for the rulebook, Danny Kendall's return sparks a new feud with St Joseph, and Trevor finally pushes Mr. Scott too far.
