That's a incorrect information.
All 30 Episodes was aired in Japan.

The official Japanese site confirm that the TV broadcast ended on July 28, 2003, the night of the broadcast of episode 26.
The dates listed on your site for episodes 27 to 30 (6 months after the broadcast of the series) are the dates of the release of the episodes on video as listed on Anime News Network or AniDB.
