So that it’s consistent with all the other episodes, which now use official titles and overviews from https://www.amazon.com/His-Her-Circumstances-Season-1/dp/B008XFAJ32
If you’d rather not unlock them, please change the title to:
Her Circumstances
and the overview to:
Yukino Miyazawa is the model student and she absolutely craves all the attention and admiration it gets her.

And WHY did you edit the former titles and overviews to the ones found on Amazon?
